IT Support may include the following depending on the customer's needs:
- Maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting and repairing computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals in production and lab environments.
- Documenting, maintaining, upgrading and replacing hardware and software.
- Building, installing and configuring laptops, desktops and servers, and working with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve desktop and access issues locally and remotely.
- Analyzing, configuring, upgrading the local area network and the wide area network and related peripherals.
